Choose between two different options

You can choose to rely on London State in two different ways according to your needs: with a rent collection agreement or with a full management agreement.
Find tenants only

With the rent collection agreement, we will take care of advertising your property through traditional and digital marketing in order to find new suitable tenants that you can trust to move in. We will deal with vetting the prospective tenant(s), verifying all the required documentation and collecting the deposit and advanced rent on your behalf. Thereafter, we will keep collecting the rent and moving the money to your bank with just 6% + VAT agency fee.

You will still be responsible of the property maintenance operations and occasional issues that might arise for the tenants.

Full management

The full management agreement allows you to forget about collecting the rent by yourself and assures you an always under control situation. We will deal with the tenants and manage your property if any issue arises or for ordinary maintenance operations. You will always have someone to rely on to administrate your property. We have the lowest fees in London market for this kind of agreement: just 8% + VAT.

This is the most chosen option by Landlords: no more waking up in the middle of the night, mandatory inspections always up-to-date and so on.
